About

I am a senior at the University of Florida, majoring in Health Sciences with a minor in Pathogenesis on the pre-medical track. I aspire to become a physician who integrates research with compassionate, patient-centered care to deliver the highest quality outcomes. I am particularly passionate about improving healthcare access for underserved and vulnerable populations while staying engaged with innovative research that can be translated into clinical practice.

Currently, I work as a medical assistant in a dermatology practice, where I continue to develop my clinical skills, medical knowledge, and ability to build meaningful patient relationships. Beyond the clinic, I am deeply committed to service. I volunteer with Hearts 4 Homeless, where I help provide health education and free blood pressure screenings to individuals experiencing homelessness. I also volunteer with Peaceful Paths, supporting survivors of domestic violence through both direct service and initiatives such as organizing and managing a pet supply drive and shelter space reorganization to better accommodate residents and their animals.

In addition to my service, I am actively involved in research in women’s health and have previously contributed to hematologic oncology research. These experiences have strengthened my foundation in evidence-based medicine and reinforced my commitment to bridging research and community impact. Through both my academic and service experiences, I aim to become a physician who not only advances medical knowledge but also advocates for and serves communities that need it most.
